Slow Down

If you slow down your speaking, other people will notice that they must also slow down. It will help you to understand other people. 

During speaking, slowing down can also help you think about your answers in conversation.

When you slow your speaking speed down, you will be more considerate about the topic you are in and provide more appropriate sentences.

Talk rhythmically with pauses.

It is not easy to slow down your speaking speed. Instead of delivering a lot of information quickly, you could separate your speech into smaller topics, which are more manageable.

Listen to your own speech.

If possible, record yourself speaking. Listening to your own speech would help you a lot if you would like to find your speaking habits. 

Be patient with yourself.
